A qualified psychotherapist with a bone to pick! After everything I have learned and all the reflecting and clients I have worked with I realised a few things, yes just a few, but they were mind blowing. Why were we not taught this at school, why do my clients have to pay for this fundamental knowledge and education that I believe we should have been taught throughout our educational lives. I was excellent at quadratic equations, studied my butt off and for what, never had to use them in everyday life, actually EVER in life. Yet what I have learned throughout my journey from the age of 32 I have found to be the most invaluable, useful and life changing knowledge I could ever have been made privy to. So rather than constantly moaning about it I have decided to share everything I have learned throughout the last several years of my journey and offer the support, guidance and knowledge that everyone deserves to know to those life changing dreams, aspirations and goals we all have.
