Flattening Boards With My DIY Linear Rail Router Sled Jig | Part 2 I've made a DIY router sled with linear rails. Slab flattening can be extremely difficult and in some cases expensive, if you don't have the right tools. Using your router as a planer is not only quick, but incredibly easy and is now a breeze using this flattening jig along with my Triton TRA001 router (Not a sponsor... yet 😉😉) This is a follow up video on making my linear rail router sled. I've listened to your comments and decided to use another set of linear rails to act as a Y axis, which also has a better holder that I've made for the router. This now works amazingly well. I hope it helps you out if you wanted to make one yourself.
