INGREDIENTS 400g (3 1/4 cups) of flour  220ml (4/5 cup) of milk  50g (2 tbsp) of condensed milk  1 egg 1/3 tsp of salt  40g of butter, melted 7g of dry yeast  20g (3/4 tbsp) of white sugar  40g (2 1/2 tbsp) of brown sugar 1 tbsp of cinnamon  1/2 cup of raisins  5 tbsp of butter  METHOD 1. In a bowl mix together warm milk with condensed milk and yeast, add in egg, butter, flour, and salt. 2. Let the dough rise for 2 hours. 3. Divide into two pieces and roll out, fill with butter, sugar, and raisins. 4.
