In a bowl, pour the olives and season them with white vinegar, oil, and salt. Mix well and let them marinate for 2 hours. 2. In the meantime, cut the feta into cubes. Also, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and the large tomatoes and onion into cubes. 3. Finish by slicing the cucumber and spring onion. 4. Now, it's time to assemble your salad. On a large plate, pour the tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, and some crumbled feta. 5. Give it a good mix to season everything well.
